School staff are classified according to their functional responsibilities as specialists:
- Sports training (Aths Training Officer);
- zoo and veterinary;
- Skillers (kilometres, horses, etc.)
Sport instructors conduct upper-circuit training, sporting events, traditional regional competitions, and train athletes in classrooms Sport♪
Veterinary doctor, zoo technicians monitor the health of horses, the diet, maintenance and care of their food, the sanitary condition of the stables, the storage and quality of the food.
A hand-delivered carpet monitors the health of horses; horses, cones, carers, caring for horses, create the necessary conditions for their maintenance.
Each staff member of the CSS contributes modestly to development, to schooling, to a great extent by caring for horses and those working with them.
Material framework
To date, the Konosporting School has two new modern conjunctions of 40 horses, road transport garages and warehouses of a total area of 700 square metres, and a feed storage hangar. Pets of the UXS, horses are robbers of different species: trakenes, Hanovers, therzy, purely upper, Arab, orlovian and Russian redheads, Ukrainian, Akhaltecian, Russian top and poms work in a tandem with starters and already professional riders.
The project plan provides for the construction of recreational facilities, the rehabilitation of children, youth and adults, the creation of conditions for the conduct of amateur upper-level training and the training of athletes in competitions, as well as for adaptive upper-trailer (popotherapy) at any time of the year, irrespective of weather. In the future, it is planned to promote the whole of the school, equip the Velek River with training and sports fields, horse levads, viewers and others.
